Here is my feedback. 

In today's session on The art of dealing with stress, Dr. Mansi have wonderfully guided about how to cope up with the stress and the situation causing it. She also taught  different techniques to help oneself to get over it. As it is part and parcel of life so one need to deal with it in a healthy way, and with mindfulness. Very enriching experience which will help me to do learn this art.

Anger management workshop:

Hello Dr. Mansi your session of today was really good. Today I learnt many new things about anger management and also how to implement it in my day today life. The techniques taught today were really going to help us. I hope our emotions and feelings remain under control by your wonderful techniques. Looking forward for such new sessions and learning.

I joined in the webinar due to the reason that some bad past memories...So from this webinar great things I understood is I'm already moving on but now this techniques especially that grounding technique and working on character than personality,healthy routine so many things gave a deeper insight.
