No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product received is damaged.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at psychandsoul@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will review your request and, if approved, will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
