Prominent liver remedy. The jaundiced skin and especially the constant pain under inferior angle of right scapula. Tongue yellow with imprint of teeth. Prefers hot food and drink.

Jaundice due to hepatic and gall bladder obstruction. Pain through stomach to back and right shoulder- blade. Eating relieves temporarily.

Great general lethargy and indisposition to make any efforts is also well marked.

Remedy for bilious complications during gestation.

Note : This does not rule out role of constitutional remedy.
